DTW Error Msg

we just upgraded to Version 9 PL9 HF1.

DTW works perfectly fine on the server, however the above error msg. comes up on all workstations.

DTW 900.52.1.0

API Version 9.2.1

any idea? (already re-installed Client, DTW, DI API.......)
