KE296 cost estimate error at the time of invoice

Hi Gurus,

At the time of invoice user is getting the KE296 Error at the time of cost estimate. At the system is telling to correct the cost estimate. The problem is the material is not costing material, it doesn't have bom or routing. It is a Scrap material which is soled in the market. Please help me its urgent i have checked the whole configuration and its fine.
