Transid value is null at OINV

Dear All,

I am using SAP B1 8.81 PL05. I have a AR Invoice which doesn't link to Journal Entry - Transid value is null at OINV.

I add an Incoming payments base on this AR Invoice but have the error:

I see that SAP cannot create Journal Entry for Incoming Payment Transaction.

And I can't add AR Credit Memo which copied from this AR Invoice. The error is

How I can solve this problem? Could you help me please? Thank you very much.
