HR FORM Editor Rule in PE51

Dear Friends,

I wish to write a rule like this in PE51:

I have a wage type 1BAS diefines with Line= 01  and column type =X

If there is Retro run for this wage type then, the line type and column type to be changed .

It should be Line type = 02 and Column type = y

Is this possible ?
