Our Enterprise Asset Management software - Avantis.Pro has been using Crystal Reports for printing functionality for over 20 years. Recently, we want to support our customers to use Crystal Report 2013. But it just cannot simply connect to the RAS server 2013 from our client apps even the client and the server are installed on the same machine.
This didn't happen in all previous Crystal Report version.
When checked all servers listed on the CMC, we noticed that two Connection Servers - ConnectionServer and ConnectionServer32 are not working correctly: they are in Running state but with bad Health: Amber rather Green under Health column, as shown in the attachment.
Then we also noticed that there is an error message displayed on the Settings view: "2 unlicensed user(s) are logged on. You must purchase additional licenses". In fact, we have the licenses and with license key entered when install the RAS server 2013. The Settings view is also show in the attachment.
Can SAP Support personnel be kind enough to help us to resolve this issue?
Or any experts who have resolved this problem share your experience with us because it's so hard to get SAP's support even we cannot create an Incident for support.
