How to create consignment Issue up with ref to CF

Dear SD Experts ..

i know Configuration of consignment process and i know what is the use of this

But important thing is , Ex:

Company has created CF 1000 Bikes on 10 th jan   ......CF No is 123456

and again Company created 800 Bikes on 10 th jan .......CF No is 123457

Again Company created another CF 500 Bikes on 15th.....CF No is123458

3 CF created ...... now Consignee is going to create C.I But he wants to create C.I With only 123457  This C.I Number

so as per my knowledge generally in consignment Issue   we are not giving any reference no in the initial screen of VA01

How i can achieve this  ?
