We are trying to implement credit case in SCASE. in this we are using standard case record model with RMS ID UKM_CREDIT_CASE for credit limit approval process. But we are not able to attach any document when we create credit case. This functionality seems to have some issue and when we try to attach document then a pop up for element type comes and does not allow to attach document.
We have assigned standard element type to credit case (UKM_SPS_CASE and UKM_SPS_CASE_RECORD) .
Not sure why we are not able to link document which is standard functionality in case manement. Also for some reason case record model is in german and all linked object nodes are in german. Please advise on these two points.
