ABC template logic depends on costing date

Dear All,

Our client use Activity Based Costing templates. For material cost estimate (CK11N) I have to modify the program logic of a developed function module related to the column 'Plan activation' in template (env.001). The program logic has to take into consideration the costing date given by the user in CK11N. Is it possible to achive this without user exits or standard modification ?
